We have particular experience with ultra-modern contemporary extensions, lifting your home into something extra special and connecting with your garden.
At Londinium a sleek new Day Room will replace an outdated and leaky conservatory. Two sides of the extension will have full height glazed windows and folding doors having a southerly aspect and overlooking the pool. The copper clad roof will be cantilevered off a slate faced concrete wall and supported off one corner column also having a dual function for draining rainwater.
At the rear of the house a new Sports room will be built above the double garage, similar in design to the garden extension. This will be accessed from the main house by a glazed link bridge.
