We know commercial Clients need to achieve a maximum net to gross internal floor space ratio, with good day-lighting, an efficient layout and an excellent working environment.

Office projects benefit from our approach to achieving a net to gross ratio of 85% plus, linked to a medium depth plan form to provide a high level of day-lighting and facilitate natural ventilation and cooling, dependant upon the particular site profile.

For Jersey Archive we designed all the staff office and administration areas, including integration of furniture with services and building fabric. A mix of cellular and open plan layouts was derived to suit the particular functions required by the brief.

Retailers want to optimise free, unobstructed floor areas and achieve a high degree of street presence. We have shown this can be successfully achieved in Conservation Areas as well as new buildings.
