BDK Architects have secured another major Planning Consent. The Jersey Cheshire Home’s 2017 “Extension” project adds 6no. state-of-the-art High-Dependency Bedrooms, Staff Facilities and a second hospital sized lift. In addition there are improvements to existing bedrooms and facilities including a new Staff Annexe and Treatment Room. Consultation with neighbours and the incorporation of their feedback into a robust carefully crafted Planning submission, were key factors in enabling a smooth passage to Planning Approval.
